World champions Argentina will be looking to put another stamp on the footballing world this summer as they aim to win the 2024 Copa America.

Bookmaker Pinnacle makes them big favourites at 1.05 to get out of the group, but will they go all the way this summer?

Argentina are big favourites to make it out of Group A at the Copa America, with bookmaker Pinnacle making them 1.05 to qualify from the pool. Meanwhile, they are 12.23 to fail to get out of the group.

The world champions are also fancied to make it to the semi-finals, with the side 1.26 to secure a last-four berth at 1.26. They are 4.13 to miss out on making the semi-finals.

The competition will see Argentina take on Peru, Chile and Canada in a fairly tough group. However, the onus will be on Argentina to come through on not only being the favourites to get out of the group, but also being the favourites to win the competition at 2.95.

While the likes of Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico will all have aspirations of lifting the trophy this year, it looks like it is Argentina's to lose this summer.

Lionel Messi has been in great form for club side Inter Miami, while they have won their last five matches. If Messi can hit the ground running in the competition and dictate the game, then Argentina will be very tough to stop.

Of course, tournament football does not always go the way people think it will. After all, one bad performance or a shock result can put a side on the back foot, while dips in form or injuries can deprive a country of their star man.

The competition itself should be incredibly exciting, with some of the best players and teams battling for supremacy in a festival of football.

Can Argentina win the Copa America in 2024, or will another side pip them to the posts this summer?
