Log into your Pinnacle account
Go to the cashier section and click on the Piz icon in the depositing section
Enter the CPF and amount and click submit
You will then receive a QR code and a reference number with instructions to complete your transaction
Open your bank app and scan the QR code or copy the number. Ensure the amount and name of the beneficiary are correct
Proceed with the payment if all is correct and the funds will then appear in your Pinnacle account

How To Withdraw Using Pix

Sign into your Pinnacle account
Head over to the cashier section and select the Pix icon in the withdrawal section
Enter your name and the amount before hitting the submit button
Once approved, the funds will be added to your bank account.

If it is your first withdrawal, ensure you do the following and register your CPF Pix key by:

Opening the banking app
Head to the Pix section in the baking app
Go to 'Minhas Chaves'
Press 'Registrar chave' and register by CPF
Once your bank confirms the key is registered, you can receive withdrawals via Pix
